You have three options for learning the Vital Skills Study System.

• Ask the counseling center or academic dean if your institution offers the Vital Study Skills Workshop.
  
  
• If not, you can use our workbooks to learn the strategies on your own.
  
  
• Another option is to form a small learning community. Groups of two to five students usually work best.
